Summary of changes:
* A bug in object pivot operation is fixed.
* Prefernce form no longer locks out app.
* All grid opacity can be adjusted seperately.
* Edit > Preference > General > Allow subobject typ hotkey toggle between previous type, Rtopo Z Offset.
* Guid Line Object type is added. See Help > Contents > Modeling > Guid Lines.
