Soft Selection bug

Soft selection goes off if select an edge and press "edge_loop_select" action. It selects the loop , but soft selection disappear. The checkbox on soft selection tool window is still on but on the place its off!

To reproduce. Create cylinder, turn soft selection on, mark one edge, execute edge_loop_select action> soft selection disappear.

Fixed.
