Title: bridge polygons

Is it any command to bridge by selecting polygons?

Yes - just select the polygons exactly as you have done there and click "Bridge" in the polygon visual tools menu (or equivalent shortcut),  ;D .  But seriously, if it's not working for you, make sure that both boxes are in the same object and mesh before bridging.
