Error with customizing buttons

Open one of the User Toolbars, and create a button. Then open up the Customize Tools panel and move it asides. Now enter the customization mode of the User toolbar, enter the Button setup, and try to call the Customize Tools panel from there too. You will get a error message.

Seems that Nvil is not happy with trying to display two Customize Tools panels at once
