IStonia, now Set Hierarchy works by clicks but can we make it work by drag?

Basic SL tool - Relax.
- It allows you to make selection only with selection keys,  fix it pleas.
- it does not cancel selection when you click in empty space.
- Now when tool is activated and you start to drag it only relax and there is no way to go back. Lets modify it this way if you drag to the right it will relax,  if you drag to the left it will unrelax, so will have freedom to relax and than instantly go back and preview your actions interactively.

Selection fixed. But reverse relaxing is not possible.

Basic SL tool - Circularize
- whe you press caps lock whyle tool is active to keep curvature it does not keep this new state and jump back without keeping curvature. Fix it pleas.
- Toggle spacing style always gives strange reults, may be there is sence to remove it? I never managed to use it. Let use Space only for rotation,  it will make this tool easer to use.

Fixed.
