Title: Crash on delete/remove mesh

Hi IStonia,

Create spline.
Extrude spline.
Shell the extrusion.
While in sub_object mesh:- Select that created mesh:-
Press keyboard "delete": causes NVIL internal error popup = crash.
Or
Click "Remove"(visual tools) causes windows error popup = crash.
