Title: hotkeys for change seg. while creating a primitive (sphere,cylinder)?

Hi

I wanted to know if there is a way to change the segments of a primitive with hotkeys while you are creating one?.. i can hold down the "ctrl" key to change the resolution of a cube while i creating one but it does not work with an sphere or a cylinder, besides it would also be nice to also have the control to change just one of the values like in this video

To adjust first segment Ctrl + LMB-Drag.
To adjust second segment Ctrl + RMB-Drag.
To adjust third segment Ctrl + MMB-Drag or Ctrl + Alt + LMB-Drag.
