Since the workplane always resides at 0/0/0 of the world, what`s the difference between World origin and Workplane Origin? Or better said between ViewRotatePivot WorkplaneOrigin and ViewRotatePivot WorldOrigin?

Since the workplane always resides at 0/0/0 of the world, what`s the difference between World origin and Workplane Origin?
The world origin is at 0,0,0 and the "floor grid" shows/reflect that, however, the "workplane" is not active by default(or, you could say, the workplane when not active overlays the floor grid), and when the workplane is visable/active, it can be moved/re-oriented.
So world origin is at 0,0,0, but "workplane" origin can be where-ever you set it.
Have a look at "Edit-> Workplane-> Visible"

Oh, it is moveable? Didn`t notice that. Thanks for explanation :)

Oh, it is moveable?
Yes.
There are various options. These are what I use most frequently.
[I usually work just with the workplane and have the floor grid disabled, but have enabled it for screen_grabs]
Here I have an object, I want to work from the orientation/position of the highlighted angled face:-

"Edit-> Workplane-> Align to selection" will enable and align the workplane to selections pivot. [Anything created, such as a box, will then be created to workplane orientation].

Use the toggle for "Workplane Manipulation Tool" which will allow you to use the manipulator to move/rotate/scale the workplane. You can also use any active snapping to snap the workplane origin to any snap-point (LMB: position only RMB: Position/orientation)
