Title: Snapping in Manual mode not working

I can't seem to get my selected vertices to to snap to anything after setting my pivot temporarily (using Set Manipulator)

I have gone through all the options in the various places in this app and can't find an option to turn it on.
Any help would be appreciated.

When "Set Manipulator" is activated, the manipulator position will be set to "Manual".

You need to enable this option, Manipulation > Pivot Position > Selection.

Works perfectly. Thanks so much for the rapid response.  I temporarily had to go back to Maya for half a day :o  I did not like it
