IStonia can you make this tool:

Some kind of - Make polygons cooplanar.

So first selected polygon will have information on how to make other selected polygons cooplanar.

Edit > Customize > Tools > Subobject Shortcut Tools > Orient Selection. Rotate subobject selection to align its normal to a target normal. By default, the target is the highlighted polygon/edge/vertex normal. If snapping is on, the target normal will be the under cursor object's normal.

1. Select a polygon.
2. Move the cursor over to highlight a polygon which faces different direction.
3. Press the hotkey of the tool. The selected polygon should be rotated to be parallel to the highlighted polygon.

Got it, but may be I do not explain corecctly what I want, I meant not only set the normal orientation but also move to base polygon.
Check this video, I made this operation very often:

I use Set Pivot manually and then scale. That is why I asked for this tool to avoid all these steps.

Can you make something like this?

Try this
http://www.digitalfossils.com/Download/NVil-Nov-08-15.rar

  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Subobject Shortcut Tools > Cooplanar Selection. Flatten subobject selection to a target's planar plane. By default, the target is the highlighted polygon/edge/vertex. If snapping is on, the target will be the under cursor object.

This is very useful addition to the software, thanks to both for the suggestion and implementation.

IStonia, can you modify it a bit so it will work like - first selected sub-object will be the base.
I need it to make button for this command. Now I cant, because cursor have to be under polygon.

If the command is executed outside viewport, the target will be the last point selected polygon/edge/vertex.

I think you can create a streamline tool with LMB/RMB click for the two commands. Then for the button,  LMB/RMB for the two commands, MMB for the streamline tool. This way you won't loose the flexibility. Just a suggestion.
