Hay IStonia,
Now we have the greatest tools for Hard edges and have to integrate them in NVil in right way.
There are basically 2 types of modeling objects: Hard Surface and Organic.
So when you modeling Organic objects that hard edges will not help but raver interfere.
So we have to make 2 types of objects Hard Surface and Organic.
So how it will work:

If you select object and run Organic Type it will:
1. Clear hard/soft edges and make object totally smoothed.
2. Disable Autosmoothing.
3. Disable show hard edge color
4. Disable Show edge Harden/Soften
5. Disable Hard edge threshold angle.

If you select object and run Hard Edge Type it will:
1. Autosmooth all object.
2. Enable Autosmoothing.
3. Enable show hard edge color
4. Enable Show edge Harden/Soften
5. Enable Hard edge threshold angle.

So you will be able to change object type anytime.
Also we can add option for Type in object creation windows like Open Tool Box etc... So when you create object it will be created with selected Type.

I'll make big buttons in my Config - Hard Edge and Organic(you will use them to change Type and see what type is selected object), and it will be starting point in modeling and whole NVil conception.

What do you think?

I continue to think about it and can not understand if it is good idea. Now I think without it NVil more simple and you can Smooth any harden edges at any time if do not need it, so what is benefit of this Object Type conception I can not clearly see.
So now I think this idea is too raw to implement it.

Try this
http://www.digitalfossils.com/Download/NVil-May-07-15.rar

  * Geometry > Common Commands n Tools > Set/Clear Object Organic Flag. If an object's organic flag is on, letter "O" will appear in the "Status" field in object list view.
  * Edit > Options > Set Organic Flag On New Primitive Created.

Thank you! Nice opportunity to experiment with this!
Have some suggestion, Can you add this - Set Organic Flag On New Primitive Created (check box) to these windows? (I mean Box tool, Cylinder tool, etc?)

Also can you add check box Creased? It will crease hard edges automatically when you create primitive. Some value that looks good in 3 Level subD or Maximum value. Or even add ability to  change this value in these windows?

Also would be greate to have check box that will allow you to create perfect square I mean perfect cube.

Also is it possible to make this button Highlight depend on selected object?
For example if selected object is Hard Edge Type it will highlight Hard Edge Button, and the same thing with Organic. It will allow us to see what is Type of selected object. IF you select multyple objects with different types it will highlight both buttons.

When you change one segment it will keep all the segments the same.

Great feature, previously you had to set all them by hands!
But may be add checkbox for this: Link Segments? But Square only leave for box shape?
Now I think it can confuse users.
Also would be great to add the same features to Plane.

Also wanted to ask you how to set box square in right way?
Now I move one of this, to make object sqaure:

Is it how you plan it?

Check again.

You need to change any of the size value by input or sliding so the program can know which size is used to make the square.
