Title: Extrude with caps
Post by: Stratos on July 09, 2012, 09:11:11 am
There is a way to make an extrusion and create caps?

For now, I've bridged them, and cut where necessary to connect the pieces, but an automatic cap will be better :D

Hello,

If you are doing what I think (adding thickness), then try the "shell" command.
Go into "Mesh" selection(top right in visual tools), select the mesh, select "shell", then either add a thickness in the popup options, or left click and drag in the main view_port.
