Title: [Fixed] Spline_modify

Hi IStonia,

I am seeing issue with spline modify.

Example.

Pic01. Planer mesh, to modify to curved spline.

Pic02. Result is uneven spacing and loss of curvature along top of curved edge.

Pic03. Test made in earlier version of Nvil(Apr-12-15), result correct.

Test file attached.

Please check when you have time.
