Title: BG Image.

Hay IStonia have some requests about Background Image.
1. When you run this command, pleas make it enable Universal Manipulator during tool is on.
2. When you move image, pleas make manipulator go with image, now it stay at center.
3. By default make pleas opacity 50%.

Hay IStonia,
you do not made to move manipulator with image? and turn on universal manipulator during setting image?
