Optimize the surrounding polygons is a better way. But the new algorithm fixes it automatically.

Standard Bevel in a blender works too bad
But addon hardOPS it works, not perfectly but even so
I can e-mail to throw sources hardtOPS

I don't have better idea. You need to simplified the topology on those corners.

I use Nvil due to the fact that in it I can do, some things faster and easier. And I expect it to work perfectly Bavel.

The changes made have broken the tool.
Simple example:-
1. Cube with hole, with 2 pre-created rounded chamfers.
2. Add chamfers to corners and incorrect result.
