Title: BG Image Button - User Tools vs Visual Tools

I can toggle the BG Image Button in the Visual Tools. It turns the tool on and off. In the User Toolbar i can just turn the tool on. To quit it i have to hit esc or to click at the BG Image Button in the Visual Tools.

Would it be possible to give the BG Image Button in the User Toolbar the same functionality? :)
